Registration under the NPO Act is voluntary and is done through the NPO Directorate / NPO Online Registration on dsd.gov.za. You will need founding documents and office-bearer details, and must submit reports after registration.

Contact a social worker at your nearest Department of Social Development office, Childline on 116, or the police. The Children’s Act requires that child abuse, neglect and exploitation be reported.
